Sucina

Sucina is a small village, which is close to golf courses and resorts. Access to the coast to the Mar Menor is quick and easy via the new road built in fairly recent times.

The village consists of a mixture of old and new. The church and its square are still at the heart of the village and there are some old houses to be found in the surrounding streets. There are also many newly built houses, and the British influence can be seen in the church square with the cafes and restaurants that cater for the UK market.

Our thoughts: Very well liked with the Brits and have a very pro-active Mayor who obviously enjoys a fiesta as well organised events throughout the year grow in popularity! "I love Sucina week” is well worth a visit. Good variation of properties including new builds which are very good value at the moment.
